July 19: Words in your journal (Video)

Use words, pictures and numbers to convey your nature experience.

What we’ll be doing

Nature journaling is made up of words, pictures and numbers to record our experience in nature. This Sunday we’ll be exploring different ways to incorporate WORDS in our nature journal pages.

Adding words (such as labels, titles, questions, thoughts, etc) makes the page look less like “art” and takes the pressure off from needing to look “pretty”.

We’ll also practice nature journaling off line in our own nature, and share our discoveries at the end.

Who can attend

Open to all. No experience needed.

We meet at 9:30am Pacific Daylight Time, US on Sundays on Zoom. The session begins with an introduction of a topic, then we log off to nature journal in our own nearby nature, then wrap up with sharing our experiences and journal pages.
