NEW! Drawn into Nature: Wonder, Creativity and Connection. Get started with nature journaling

February 8 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm PST

Join me for this NEW workshop! An introduction on how to deepen your wonder and connection to nature through creative expression in sketching and writing about your nature experience.

I’ll share a simple framework to get you started, and quiet the inner critical mind so that you can sketch with ease, have more time to explore nature with a new awareness and joyful wonder.

The nature journal is a fun and easy what to document your nature encounters so that you have a sensory scrapbook, as well as a powerful tool to develop and increase emotional literacy, and fluency in nature’s language.

Drawing is used as a means to help us focus on seeing more in nature rather than a goal of a pretty painting.

Sharing what we learn with others expands our learning–so that its much more that one person’s observations, but building collective knowledge.

Practice is the best way to improve your nature awareness and drawing and curiosity skills.

This is for anyone who loves nature and creativity! No drawing skills needed- you’ll learn east ways to draw with me.

Please come join me each month, the 2nd Thursday.

Come to as many sessions as you like- we learn something new each time!

Bring: Your journal or sketchbook and a pencil, pen and something to color with (colored pencils work great)
