Nature Journaling is the art of observing nature and recording what you see using a combination of words, drawings, and numbers.
When we are drawing something in nature, focus our attention, we begin to see things that we’ve often overlooked. The goal of nature journaling is learning to see nature in a new way. It sharpens our awareness, deepens our knowledge and relationship with nature, and inspires curiosity and wonder. It also slows us down, calms our minds, improves creativity and joy—a nurturing antidote to a technology-filled life.
