Live Plankton field sketching with PacificPlankton

What we’ll be doing: Plankton Party!
Join us on Sunday for a special treat. Janai Southworth, host of PacificPlankton with share microscope views of live plankton from the waters of San Francisco Bay.
Plankton are tiny organisms that drift in the ocean. They come in a rich diversity of shapes, colors, and sizes. Janai will guide us through the amazing wondrous wildlife living in a few drops of seawater.

Today is our modified Virtual Field Trip schedule:
Start at 9:30 am- end at 11:30am Pacific Daylight.
Who can attend
Open to all. No experience needed.
Normally the session begins with an introduction of a topic, then we log off to nature journal outside in our own nearby nature, then back on Zoom to wrap up with sharing our experiences and journal pages. Today is a field trip schedule: 9:30-11:30 am Pacific Daylight Time.

- Have a journal or paper, and a pencil.
- Color pencils or watercolor optional.
- Bring your curiosity and willingness to try!
