Join Melinda Nakagawa and the Monterey Bay Nature Journal Club

Bring your sketchbook and curiosity as we explore the gardens at The Barnyard. We’ll explore the flora and fauna in its winter state. Wander through multiple levels and pockets of gardens tucked in all around this center. With lots of benches and seating you can even just sit and take in the beauty of nature.

I’ll introduce a few ways you can approach nature journaling, then we’ll journal on our own, then return at the end to share what we discovered.

All are welcome regardless of level of ability.

Restrooms available. Walkways are paved/brick with ramps.
