Nature journal share at the tidepools. March 8, 2020 
Meeting Format:
At 9:30am Pacific: Log into Zoom meeting: I’ll share some ideas, do a demonstration and offer a nature journaling prompt
~10:30 am Pacific: We log off of Zoom. Nature Journal in our own nearby nature (or indoors).
At 11:30am Pacific: Rejoin in Zoom (same meeting ID) for sharing our discoveries and reflections.

What to bring

Have a journal or paper, and a pencil. Color pencils or watercolor optional.

The club at Custom House Garden
Your virtual tidepooling event was awesome. The Monterey-Carmel region is my spiritual home and it was so nice to “get my feet wet” again. Many many moons ago, I had the great good fortune of spending a week at Asilomar participating in tidepooling & doing lab studies with Dr Joel Hedgepeth who was an icon in Marine Biology in his day. I highly recommend that you read his entry on Wiki and look at his list of publications – there’s a lot of fascinating stuff there.
Thank you for your Sunday morning ZOOM workshops, Melinda. I “attend” as often as I can! I’ve donated a couple of times & will continue to do so!
